Sometimes

Sometimes Mondays are easier. The kids are excited to see each other. They entertain themselves. McKenna doesn't NEED to be with me every single second because she adores Abby and follows her everywhere. So Sometimes it's easier. And then sometimes it's not.

Notice the progression here. Abby sitting politely on the couch because she just threw her t-shirt on top of the ceiling fan by accident when she was goofing around. The boys are trying to knock it down. Abby's not so sure if that's a good idea.

Abby takes notice of the fact that I haven't taken control of the situation yet, so she decides to join in the fun. She takes it to a whole new level with a pillow.

The mayhem continues.

Now Abby's starting to get worried that she'll never get her shirt back. The boys could care less and soon begin throwing any and every object at the ceiling fan. No picture of that because an intervention took place.
