We've had the best time watching Ryan play softball this summer.
McKenna usually eats snacks in her stroller and Christian rides his bike around until Daddy's up to bat and then he starts paying attention.
I love watching the sunlight fade and the stadium lights pop on.
It's all so American!

i'm with you on this one - i love summer nights of softball! David always played on our church league in VA during the summer (of course, they only had tshirts and shorts - not serious uniforms like ryan's team), but i loved it. i remember going to see my dad play and all us little kids just playing around in the dirt and half-watching.
That is some real family time fun! I can't wait till we get to read about Christian playing ball!
