"Nana"

My mom has always been "Grandmom." For a little while my brother's kids called her "Grandmommy" and when Emma was really little she called her "Geegom" because she couldn't say Grandmom. My mom is always the last one to be called something because Grandmom is so hard to say.
Today, Mom told Will to say "Grandmom" and he ran to her and hugged her and said "Nana!!!" She was already completely smitten with him, but that just about did her in. So it looks like Grandmom is also going to be a "Nana." So cute!
"Nana" also comes up with the best projects for McKenna. Can you tell what these cookies are supposed to be??
Hello Kitty Christmas cookies of course! Don't they look just like the box? ha!

This was Will's first time ever helping to make cookies.

I love how there's a train on the table in the middle of all the cookie making :) That's my boy!

This little man loves to smile for his "Nana."

Your mom is so sweet with your children. She is such a special lady. I love having her as my aunt. And now we might even be sharing the same name - Nana. Merry Christmas to all!!! love, Debbie G. :)

Don't you just love the fact that Grandmom (Nana) lets them make a huge mess and it is all cleaned up before you get home, and they are too?
