It's amazing how one phone call (not a good one... remember the accident I mentioned that I was in two years ago...apparently it's not over) can completely change my day, my heart, my attitude. And not in a good way! It's really quite disappointing that when my faith is truly tested I fail so easily! My emotions should not be so easily swayed. Stress and fear should not be able to so easily envelop me. So this is good, something for me to work on. A glaring reminder that I have a lot of growing to do.
"From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I." Psalm 61:2
"...Lead me to the rock that is higher than I..." I love that part! What a great verse. A great reminder of THE rock that has got it all in His control!

I am not sure what exactly has happened that has upset you so but I know that you are a woman of faith and you rely on the Lord to get you through these things. Fear is really not something I believe we can control when it pops up in our life BUT we do have the choice of whether we allow it to continue to exercise control over us. (I hope that made sense) Please don't be so hard on yourself, sweet lady! The Lord knows your strengths and your weaknesses and His GRACE will cover and protect you alway! Praying for you.

Judy, my heart aches for you... remember this... it is okay to wrestle with God in our doubts adn fears, he doesn't ask us to be super human. In fact wrestling with God requires that we be face to face, think of Ryan wrewstling with Chrstian on th efloor.... holding him tight and Christan saying, let me go and Daddy saying "no Son".... think of your heavenly Father holding you as you wrestle with whatever it is that weighs on your heart today, he is holding you tight in your uncertainty and fear, in your doubt and lack of trust.... Satan just wants you to think otherwise. God is with you an dwill walk you through this, whatever it is....and we will pray for you. Call if you need to, I love you friend!
