We had a very dry summer. No rain for about 2 months. Everything was dying. So when we finally did get some rain we all stood on the porch and watched it come down. Then the rain boots made an appearance and two puddles jumpers headed out into the back yard. They came back super muddy, but that's what childhood is all about.
